Volbeat have been described and labeled many things, like Elvis Metal, Cross-over, Rockabilly Metal, and on and on. I label them as Bad Ass, and one of Denmark's best exports ever. What I enjoy about this band is how unique it is, and unlike any others. They bring the best of different genres together in a blend known as Volbeat.

They are David Hasselhoff huge over in their homeland, and maybe someday America will catch on, but I doubt it, as consumers over here trend to flock like sheep to what they are told is good. There is a reason Metallica has picked Volbeat as their support act on several tours, reason being- they kick ass.

Volbeat captures pretty much everything they can, on this double DVD package. Including over 20 live songs recorded live at various performances throughout their 2007 trek, everything from small venues to festival appearances to the band's support gig with Metallica.

Also included are about 5 of their music videos, and a great Documentary about Volbeat.

This DVD should be hitting the street now, and I encourage you to check it out. There is a ton of material on the 2 disks, and as with all good things, take it in doses.
